Payment:
     We use Gspay.com our primary payment system. They accept major credit cards as well as some forms of debit cards, bank transfers and personal checks.
     We also accept CDN and International Money Orders.

Any/All Applicable Taxes Are Included In The Price

All Prices are quoted in US dollars!

Availability:
Due to the massively large selection of items available at MediVap.com, we cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock at all times. However, new shipments arrive every week, so items which are not in stock are typically available within 2 to 5 weeks. If it looks like there will be a wait longer than 3 weeks, we will notify you of your order's status.
     However, since many people order multiple items in a single order, we will, when possible, send out an order in multiple packages; sending the in stock items right away and the rest of the items as they come in stock

Due to their very nature, some items may not be identical to how they appear in the pictures on this site. Color availability will vary on plastic and glass models - please send a note (within the shoppingcart at checkout, or in email) if you have a color preference for any item you order. We will strive to find that color, but we cannot make any guarantee to it's availability. Please select your items carefully, as:

Your Privacy:
At MediVap.com we respect your privacy. We currently collect your name and address that you list on the shopping cart(or send us along with your money order) and nothing more. We do not sell, distribute or give this information to anyone. SafePaySolutions will collect your cc info. However, we can take orders over the phone so if that is the case you we will know that information but will never release it to anyone.

Shipping:
We currently use CDN Air Postal Service or Express Postal Service (on large orders/digital scales) which means we ship World Wide. In the USA your delivery will arrive via your USA Postal Service Monday to Friday (some areas may also receive regular deliveries on Saturday). This is a drop off service that may be delivered anytime during the day. In other words, if you are not home they may leave it on your doorstep or local post office. If you want trackable service or would like to sign for your package when it arrives you will have to email us for pricing. Orders with shipping costs of over $11 will be trackable, unless it is considered Oversized. Glass is not insurable, but is double packed to prevent breakage. If you live outside of Canada, your order will go through customs. Shipping is private and discrete with a label of contents listed on the outside of the package.

Shipping costs are dependent on a specific item's dimensions and weight. All items are packed and shipped with R.I.P.P. listed as the shipper (Rollies International Pipes & Papers)

**International Orders (Outside North America)- You must email us with your shipping address and the item(s) you would like to purchase.
 As noted in the above Shipping Costs section, all shipping prices added through the shopping cart system are for orders within North America. Customers who live outside of North America should be charged an extra amount to cover the increased cost of shipping the order. That extra amount will be determined according to the order size and weight, as well as the customers shipping address and overseas orders do cost alot more sometimes so except an min. of $20 extra dollars for shipping.

If you live outside of Canada, your order will most likely pass through your country's customs agency. All items for sale on MediVap.com are legal in all levels of our local government (municipal, provincial, federal).

International customers who pay using the shopping cart, will be contacted by email with an additional shipping amount that will need to be paid before shipping is possible. Customers who pay by Money Order will be informed ahead of time what their total shipping amount will be.

We ship everywhere!

If you receive merchandise that is somehow defective you must repack it and call for pick up service for a return deliver. Please email us immediately if this is the case and tell us the problem at hand before you send it back. We do not accept non-defective returned items as stated above: all sales are final!

Orders are usually processed between 4-10 days after they have been placed. Shipping usually takes between 4-6 days for delivery (after the order has been processed) but we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur after we have shipped the package(s), as it is then literally out of our hands. And as with the rest of the World, everyone here takes weekends off, and holidays too!

Please note we are a two man operation, orders take time with us because we do not keep them on hand our suppliers do. We tend to behind in orders all the time so please do not order if you are in a rush. As this is an online company that means one can shop anywhere, so if you shop here please make sure you want us to get the item(s) for you and you are willing to wait. Please do not double shop elsewhere to see who sends it to you the fastest, if you make an order with us you must await the order like any other customer. We want people to support our business and so we ask you that once you make the order, do not ask to cancel the order. You need to make up your mind before you purchase from us whether you want an order or not, we expect people who do order to stick with an order. We are only two guys so yes orders take time. If feel it is taking too long let us know and I will do what I can to get it out sooner.
